this is worth the time spent pouring over the seed catalogs, ammending my soild, planting the seeds and nurturing them to fruition.
My anxiety is high right now, not sure why. I was trying a natural pill of herbs and minerals and think I have an allergic reaction to them. My throat feels tight and I have bumps on my tongue….that feeling of imminent death creeps right in when your throat feels tight! I"m almost to the point of taking the prescription for anxiety meds and be done with it but I keep hoping I can fix it naturally.
